British Captain Barry Duck, 26, was
the mate on Capercaillie for a year before taking command. He is a
top notch sailor, Certified Snorkeling Instructor and keen
fisherman. Jinny Prinsloo, also British, has professional chef's
training plus three years experience cooking on yachts. Barry and
Jinny love having families and children aboard. A former employer,
owner of a 90 foot sloop, sings Jinny's praises, "Apart from her
delightful warm personality, Jinny is a fantastic cook and her
creativity in the kitchen is without question."
