CAPERCAILLIE, 81' Swan sloop. Captain Barry Duck reports that their five holiday guests enjoyed great sailing courtesy of the 'Christmas Winds". The highlight of their 10 day cruise was eating dinner while anchored between the Pitons in St. Lucia. Plans are in the making to return for future trips with Barry, Chef Jinny Prinsloo and Hostess Sophie Bardon. Renowned Swan elegance, speed and comfort. Accommodations for six guests in three en suite cabins, each with TV/VCR. The aft master cabin has a double berth, desk and full-sized leather settee. wonderful time. Nicola and Polly were very sweet and
accommodating. Nicola was an excellent captain and navigator and
Polly is an absolutely amazing cook - truly one of the best I've
come across. The Mediterranean style cooking was perfect! We had a
fantastic time and it would be a joy to have the same crew again
