NYM Charter Show Chowderfest Competition News

Chef Nicki Collins on S/Y EXTRAORDINARY, Swan 63 takes on the big guys and ties for second place with a 145’ motoryacht!

 Competition was fierce and the final score came down to a slim hundredth of a point between first place and the tie for second.  Nicki is thrilled to have placed so highly in a field of 28 sail and motor yachts ranging up to 150 feet in length. 

Your clients will enjoy much more than great chowder onboard EXTRAORDINARY.  This past May, Nicki advanced her skills with an intensive four-day Fish & Seafood Culinary Course at Rick Stein's Seafood School in England.  Take advantage of the perfect combination – Maine’s incredible seafood and Nicki’s incredible talent.  And, if you attended the seminar on cruising in New England, you’ll remember Captain Ian Fagg’s knowledgeable presentation.  

Accommodations for four:  En suite queen master aft has a private cockpit entrance, settee and desk/vanity.  Guests may choose either of the two forward cabins - a double or upper/lower singles with an extra wide lower.  Crew share the forward head and shower.   $15,500 plus all expenses.
