Charters must start and end outside of Croatia.  Angus recommends beginning in Kotor, Montenegro and ending in Dubrovnik or Split, or vice versa.  Alternatively, start in Venice and sail down to Split.  (though, the fees for visiting Venice are high.

With just three cabins, MATELOT’s eighty foot length offers exceptional comfort for six guests.  The full beam master is forward with a centerline queen and ensuite bath with a separate shower.  Two identical guest cabins aft have twin lower singles with ensuite heads and stall showers.

Captain Brett Clark and his wife, Chef Andrea, are thrilled to be on S/Y TRUE NORTH, the sleek 65’ Privilege catamaran.  True North’s modern décor and spacious layout are a Contrast to their last command on ARIA, the traditional motor sailer they chartered successfully for more than two years.

New 75’ cat to be commissioned Spring 2008!

Now for the big news -  a container full of soft furnishings, tableware, etc. is on its way to France for the 75’ catamaran True North’s owner has just closed on.      Brett and Andrea will take over the new yacht, named MATAU, this spring and be ready for charter in the  West Med. this summer.   Pictures and more information coming soon!

The owner plans to keep TRUE NORTH in charter at least through the winter 2008/09 season.  She will be based in Newport Summer 2008, available for New England charters.   The owner is currently interviewing crew to take over TRUE NORTH in the Spring.  We expect to have information soon on the crew that will take over True North and will share that ASAP.

Accommodations for eight in four en suite cabins:  The master has a centerline king and very spacious bath with a separate shower.  Three queen guest cabins have private en suite baths with enclosed showers.
